Airboat, mudboat it doesn't matter. If you are looking for parts, peices, Whole boat or that custom piece look no further. There are a very select few companies that have the customer service that Diamondback Airboats has. Hands down first class service. It's good to see a business with employees that have perfected their craft and takes pride in the work they do. You should know there is only a one-way thru this place. Be mindful if you try to access this destination the wrong way a cop might be waiting for you too

Love my 2017 Diamondback Airboat! Recently ordered some apparel and it is good quality, came quickly and they threw in a couple extra goodies. Very Happy!
I bought a GLM filter (and a pile of other items) from Diamondback. The filter was faulty and dangerous. Twice they confirmed in an email that they'd Fedex me a new one and asked for my address details etc - then decided it was too expensive. I was then told the manufacturer believed it was my fault, but it turned out that GLM had never been contacted. A couple of months ago I persuaded my best friend to order a Diamondback airboat - I hope he gets better service! Disillusioning customer service - as suggested by other reviews on the internet. ADDED. I've just upgraded my review to three stars. Diamondback has now Fedexed the part to a consolidator who will ship it to me overseas. I have to pay for the shipping but that is better than nothing at all.
I've dealt with Fran and the team at Diamondback Airboats several times over the years as both a customer and a vendor. I recently purchased a new boat from Diamondback. I'm a salt water boat dealer myself and appreciated the way I was handled as a customer. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of their fabrication is beautiful... but is always a plus when the staff are nice to deal with. Thank you Diamondback.
Bought a boat twenty years ago from Diamondback. Served us well all those years. Just purchased another. The boat will outlast us. The whole gang there are courteous, professional and accommodating to make sure everything is done to tweak any slight hiccups that may pop up. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase or need maintenance.
