We build our airboats with 5086 marine grade aluminum alloy, which is known for its strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in harsh marine environments. Diamondback Manufacturing has recently moved into a brand new, purpose-built, 188,348 sq ft manufacturing facility in Cocoa, Florida. Every aspect of the space was crafted to ensure that customers receive the highest quality products, delivered more efficiently and with greater customization options than ever before. Central to the new facility is an expansive 111,885 sq ft production floor dedicated to Diamondback Manufacturing, equipped with an overhead crane that spans the entire length of the shop. This setup allows for smoother production flow, ensuring that each boat moves seamlessly through the build process with fewer interruptions. With the move into our new facility, we acquired new equipment including a Wysong 28ft tandem press brake, Accurpress hydraulic press brake, Wysong 22ft shear, new Miller welders, and more equipment to come. This new equipment enables expanded production capacity and opens endless possibilities for new lines of products.
